Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Services:
When possible, deliveries are made via standard unregistered post.
Registered post is an option, and is recommended for guaranteed delivery.
Express post is also available upon request.

In cases combined or bulky items, we use a courier service via TNT.and FASTWAY
Pricing is quoted prior to additional payments made.
Expected courier times are 5-12 business days on domestic services.

Domestic Pick-Up (Sydney Only)
Pick up is available at the local post office, in Allawah 2218.
This will incur a $3.00 fee to be paid at post office desk.
Pick up times must be arranged 48 hours prior to the pick up time.
Typical pick-up times are:
Mon-Fri: 8AM-5PM
Sat: 8AM-1PM
Public Holidays & Sundays: CLOSED

International Services:
Typical items are sent through the postal service, and tracking is not guaranteed (depending on country).
Items with tracking number should be able to be traced through www.austpost.com.au
Items may require 15-20 business days to arrive, depending on the receivable country postal service.
Express Postal services can be arranged on request.
Express services are typically 7-20 business days, depending on the receivable country postal service.

International courier services are quoted prior to purchase, and will require 15-20 business days to arrive.
Bulky items will be sent via courier services.

Returns
We offer 14-day money-back guarantee/exchange warranties so if there are defects
on the item, and applies to the date when item is received.
We will happily exchange the same item for you or provide a refund on the item.
This does not include postage/freight refunds.
All products must be returned in new, unused condition.

Warranties
Our warranty policy keeps you with peace at mind on our products.
We are happy to discuss each defect related case on our product range,
and depending on case, we will refund the item cost or
alternatively provide a new replacement or a method to renew the item.
Warranty returns must contain the original GST Tax Invoice for the goods
and must be returned to us in person or by Registered Mail.
Warranty returns for scuba regulators, octopus and BCDs must also
contain copies of annual service invoices.
Warranty does not cover abuse of product, or general wear and tear.
Wear and tear items also include speargun line breakages after use.
