Shipping & Delivery
When possible, deliveries are made via standard unregistered post.

Registered post is an option, and is recommended for guaranteed delivery.

In cases where the item is too bulky for post, our preferred courier is via FastWay Australia.
Pricing can be determined on the FastWay site, from an origin postcode 2218.
Expected courier times are 5-12 business days.
Expected courier cost via FastWay is $20-$60, depending on location.

We can also delivery via Couriers Please, with expected courier times of 5-7 business days.
This may result in increased delivery costs.
Expected courier cost via Couriers Please is $20-$90, depending on location.

Pick up is available at the local post office, in Allawah 2218.
This will incur a $3.00 fee to be paid at post office desk.
Pick up times must be arranged 48 hours prior to the pick up time.
Typical pick-up times are:
Mon-Fri 10AM-5PM
Sat: 10AM-1PM
Public Holidays & Sundays: CLOSED

Returns
We offer 14-day money-back guarantee/exchange warranties so if there are defects
on the item.
We will happily exchange the same item for you or provide a refund on the item.
This does not include postage/freight refunds.
All products must be returned in new, unused condition.

Warranties
